Reminding yourself about skills and accurate sex & pleasure info (in a non-pressure/non-shaming way) can go a looooooong way toward reducing shame, helping you learn faster, and improving your play party experience(s). Plus, when a friend and/or loved ones see the handout, it can become a great conversation starter!
Really, I'm a huge fan of placing things I want to learn in easily visible places of my home where I pass by them frequently.
